We are looking for an organized and motivated Assistant/Secretaire to support two main areas: managing tasks for a company called SNOB and handling official paperwork.
For SNOB, the responsibilities include:
• Using Excel for data entry and organization
• Handling receipts and keeping track of stock
• Assisting with gluing cans and helping with packaging
• Attending meetings, taking notes, and writing reports
• Replying to emails and talking to clients
• Performing general office work, such as managing schedules and administrative tasks
For secretarial work, the duties involve:
• Writing letters and sending emails
• Attending meetings and taking detailed notes
• General office work and administration
Requirements:
• Must be meticulous and detail-oriented
• Fluent in French, English, and Arabic
• Female, late 20s to early 30s
• Outgoing, not shy, and confident in communication
• Interested in sales, with the ability to learn our products thoroughly
• Creative, especially for contributing to our TikTok content
• Willing to attend photo shoots every other month for our social media page
Additional Details:
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Location: Kornet Chewan (Candidates living nearby are preferred)
• Salary: To be discussed during the interview
