▪ Completes store operational requirements by scheduling employees and following up on work results.
▪ Maintains store staff job results by training, coaching and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and
appraising job results.
▪ Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
▪ Achieves financial objectives by preparing Daily targets; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating
corrective actions.
▪ Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers
and other persons to understand service requirements.
▪ Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
▪ Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analysing operating and
financial statements for profitability ratios.
▪ Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
▪ Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
▪ Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
▪ Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and sales records.
▪ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
▪ Responsible for all banking functions related to the store including making bank deposits, filling change
requirements, etc.
▪ Perform necessary record keeping and reporting of money, sales and production in an accurate and timely
manner.
▪ Troubleshoots daily close out and shift sales analysis.
▪ Additional store manager duties as needed.
