• 7+ years of proven experience in pastry, with expertise in ice cream production.
• Strong creativity and ability to develop unique, visually appealing desserts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic with a command of English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and create unique, high-quality pastries and desserts, with a focus on ice cream.
• Design and execute seasonal dessert menus, incorporating creative and trendy flavors.
• Ensure consistency and presentation of all pastries and ice creams.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the team to introduce new dessert ideas and improve existing recipes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
