Visual Merchandiser – Job Description
• Conceptualize, design, and implement window displays, in-store displays, and seasonal layouts that reflect the brand's luxurious image.
• Collaborate with the marketing, buying, and store operations teams to ensure alignment of merchandising strategies with the overall brand vision.
• Ensure visual coherence between product displays and the overall luxury image of the brand.
• Stay informed on trends in the luxury accessories market to keep displays current and engaging.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and seasonal shifts to ensure the store reflects current trends and promotes key collections.
• Ensure a family-friendly, organized, and visually appealing store layout that encourages easy navigation for parents and children alike.
• Plan, design, and execute fun, colorful, and eye-catching displays that reflect the brand's playful spirit and engage young customers.
• Maintain and monitor visual standards in all locations, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all retail spaces.
• Create visually appealing focal points highlighting new arrivals, exclusive pieces, and best-selling accessories.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are well-maintained and updated in line with new collections and sales campaigns.
• Train and mentor in-store teams on visual merchandising principles and brand standards.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to understand product features and create displays that highlight key garments and accessories.
• Analyze sales reports to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and adjust displays as needed to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
• Understands money mapping features.
• Experience in visual merchandising for luxury and kid's commercial fashion brands.
• A strong understanding of luxury and kid’s fashion trends and customer preferences.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury design and fashion.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to turn concepts into effective displays.
• Knowledge of merchandising software and design tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative flair with the ability to translate brand messaging into engaging displays.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
• Arabic, and English, French is a plus.
