The Assistant Operation is responsible for managing the operations of 1 or more brands within the same division (Luxury Vs. Casual dining) in an assigned geographical location and supports those brands in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities
Design the brand strategy in alignment with the country’s operational strategy to ensure the growth and stability of the assigned brand and set action plans to ensure that those strategies are being implemented
Manage procedural compliance to confirm that all policies and procedures are being followed and implemented
Review the Operation’s P&L providing explanation when necessary, as well as planning the monthly and daily sales objectives and taking necessary measures to meet them
Prepare the Brand's annual budget and business plan and implement projects accordingly
Set the assigned brand’s KPIs and observe the operation and take all necessary measures to ensure that those KPIs are being met.
Oversee all new openings of the assigned brand to safeguard successful openings and ensure alignment with the budget and business plan
Analyze reports from statistical and functional metrics and share insights for improvement and efficiency maximization in a timely manner
Coach, train, motivate and appraise team members’ performance in order to optimize their contribution to the company and support their skill development as needed
Approve all action plans and corrective plans set by subordinates and oversee their implementation to ensure success and safeguard the brand
Implement and improve the quality and food safety management system as per the requirements of applicable national statutory and regulatory requirements as well as international standards and guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management
10 years of experience in F&B operation, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge in various cuisines, cooking techniques and cooking sections
