Description


Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and multimedia content tailored to specific target audiences and campaign objectives.
• Ad Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of social media ads using relevant metrics and tools. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the most relevant audience segments, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and demographic targeting.
• Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum return on investment.
• Compliance: Ensure all social media ads comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly in the highly regulated financial services sector.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising to continuously enhance campaign performance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• experience 2 years in managing social media advertising campaigns, preferably in the
F and B services industry.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, advertising principles, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
