A Marketing Specialist helps driving the brand’s marketing strategies and campaigns. The position is key to understanding market trends and customer behavior while aligning them with the company’s goals, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and analyzing its performance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to guide marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Execute the required Analysis and reporting by documenting them on daily or weekly basis
- Enhance Reliability in brand messaging across all platforms.
- Identify and engage boosting brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Excellence in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

The Marketing Specialist Candidate will be directly reporting to Marketing Director.
Our Attendance program is on-site from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturday, it operates on a shift basis from 9 AM to 1 PM.
