Broadnet Technologies is a Global Messaging Provider to more than 80000 Clients since 2003, GSMA member with direct connections to 1000+ Operators & Carriers, operating in 14 branches worldwide.

An IT Support professional makes sure that company's computer software and hardware remains functional and accessible for all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance for hardware & software
- Installing and Configuring computer hardware, software, Operating System, networks, printers, antivirus.
- Monitoring Progress and track cases.
- Maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support for head office & operations.
- Repairing and Replacing equipments as necessary.
- Providing training for end users on the implemented systems
- Reporting issues to the IT Manager.
- Providing hotline support 24/7 as needed for the operations.
- Using established system to log requests.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT
- Good standard of computer and data manipulation and interpretation skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft products such Office 365 and Windows Servers.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.

Skills:
- Good organization, time management and prioritization, detail oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT help desk software.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and on weekend shifts.

The IT Support Specialist Candidate will be directly reporting to the IT Support Manager.

Our Attendance program is on-site from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturday, it operates on a shift basis from 9 AM to 1 PM.
