Head Waiter/floor Manager is needed for a Lebanese Restaurant in a Boutique Hotel in Jounieh.

Applicant Should:
- Be Lebanese
- Previous Working experience in a similar role in a Lebanese Restaurant is a must plus a good experience in F&B Operations (events, conference & meeting, room service, banqueting..)
-Omega software experience is a must.
-Ability to work most of the time PM shift, and during weekends and holidays.
-Prepare Schedule, conduct training sessions on job, welcome & seat the guests, inventory management, health & safety standards, SOPs, checklists........
