Description


1W is a dynamic and growing mutli-disciplinary company comprised of various divisions dealing with media, real estate & outsourcing services. We currently have vacancy of Analytics & Data Officer (ADO) / IT Operations & Support Officer (ITOSO).

I. Duties & Responsibilities
a. Ensures network & data are safe and secure.
b. Ensure all IT Servies are working smoothly with no service disruptions and provide support / assistance to users as necessary to ensure high productivity levels.
c. Maintains hardware & LAN / WiFi networks in good working order and is able to quickly identity and solve any problems related to same (cabling included).
d. Ensure all KPIs related to data analytics for all media channels are met by taking appropriate actions – which includes data research and entry / update in various IT solutions - liaising as necessary with relevant team members.
e. Operation / Using various business solutions / online IT services as necessary.
f. Processing / Selection of material for data entry / update.
g. Preparing & updating various documentation & forms (MS Office or other programs).
h. Entering / Publishing content via assigned content management system (CMS).
i. Provide technical support to telephone and email requests from users for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals (printers, scanners, copiers, AIOs, UPS, etc…) in addition to PBX & Time Attendance / Access Control Machines.
j. Redirect or escalate support requests to CEO in case of non-resolution.
k. Pro-actively provide assistance and support to users / tenants for all IT related matters.
l. Deploy workstations / PCs / Laptops / Printers / etc and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment ensuring all cabling is professionally done meeting company standards.
m. Install and configure operating systems / software to company standards.
n. Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to company standards, by performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine procedures.
o. Compile / Prepare an accurate inventory of hardware, software and related material.
p. Assist in the compilation of technical documentation, guidelines and procedures and ensure they are disseminated appropriately to users.
q. Liaise with 3rd party (if / when available) to ensure continuity of services for all users.
r. Always provide a professional, courteous and rapid response to users’ queries.
s. Undertake such other work as may be assigned which is consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility.
t. Develop and maintain active and progressive working relationships with all members.
u. Work according to related 1W processes, policies & procedures and abide by them.
v. Train 1W Team Members on appropriate, efficient & professional usage of IT Solutions.



II. Qualifications

a. University Degree in Business Computer (MIS), Computer Science, CCE or a related degree.
b. Minimum 3-years’ experience in a related / similar position.
c. Proven work record and experience in MS365 / MS Azure and in their configuration and support as well as in ERP / CRM / CMS systems.
d. Very good organizational and administrative skills.
e. Very good English & Arabic language skills – both oral and written.
f. Very good computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office, Internet).
g. Ability to work individually or in a team.
h. A dynamic, self-motivated, responsible, ethical & positive personality / character.

III. Work Phases

a. 2 Weeks Acquaintance Period: Daily transportation fees & pocket money of 10$ provided / no warning notice.
b. 3 months’ Probation Period: Monthly fee of 400$ provided End of Month (EOM) - No warning notice.
c. 2-Years contractual work contract / 500$ monthly fee provided subject to increase every 6 months based on productivity and work progress / developments – no NSSF inclusion no transportation fees - warning notice: 1 month.

IV. Work Schedule

a. M-F: 9am to 4pm (6.5 work hours per day)
b. S: NA
