Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service. You’ll help ensure that our customers leave our store satisfied with their experience, whether they are purchasing products, seeking assistance, or resolving inquiries. Your positive attitude and problem-solving skills will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with in-store merchandising and keeping the store tidy
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Fill orders on designated delivery website
Qualifications:
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus
