Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Inventory costing procedures: production, costing, reporting and warehousing
• Liaise with the Chief Operating Officer to manage purchases and avoiding stockouts
• Monthly closing of the financial statements in a timely manner
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics (BC)
Requirements and skills:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience as a Senior Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures (IFRS)
• Hands-on experience is a plus with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV-BC)
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant Degree
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
