Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s / in related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a marketing role within the logistics or
transportation industry.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all operational functions, including
transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management, to ensure seamless
and efficient logistics operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new
business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs,
and offering them tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in logistics technology and services, effectively
communicating the value proposition of our company's offerings to potential clients.
• Set and achieve annual sales goals, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue
growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats,
utilizing insights to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service,
to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure the seamless integration of
sales efforts with other business functions.
