- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Tasks:
• Develop architectural designs for new or modified buildings.
• Create plans, drawings, detailed models and 3D models..
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate work between different departments (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and clients.
• Meet with clients to discuss their needs and preferences.
• Address client concerns and inquiries.
• Advise clients on the selection of designs and materials.
