Position Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist in the medical field, you will play a key role in overseeing and maintaining the quality management systems that ensure the safety, reliability, and effectiveness of our medical care. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.).
Perform audits and inspections to ensure the quality of medical devices, products, and processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations.
Review and approve documentation, including records, protocols, and validation reports.
Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant with evolving standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or medical related field.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance within the medical industry, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and other relevant quality standards.
Experience with risk management, CAPA processes, and internal/external audits.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Quality Assurance.
