We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Data Analysis Specialist to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all departments. They will report directly
to the Director of Operations, provide continuous updates to upper management, and be involved in meetings with all of
myteem’s clients. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction through
data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure that quality standards are maintained across all departments, identifying and addressing any areas of
concern. This will be done through mystery shopping, internal audits, and dissecting auto-generated reports by
calling systems.
2. Develop and generate detailed KPI reports to monitor performance and quality across all of myteem’s
departments.
3. Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Implement and oversee
continuous improvement initiatives based on KPI analysis and feedback.
4. Conduct research, detailed assessments, and mystery shopping calls on incoming clients before onboarding.
5. Present all quality assurance reports to both the clients and to upper management in a clear and concise manner.
6. Other duties are assigned.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
● Professional proficiency in English.
● Proven experience in quality assurance or data analysis and visualization in a complex environment.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights using advanced
tools such as advanced excel, tableau, power BI, in addition to coding languages such as SQL, Python and R.
● Experience in working with data and presenting to management with the ability to address areas for improvement
and follow-up on improvement actions implementation.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare and present detailed reports.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Full working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy.
● Prior experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is preferred.
● Spanish is a plus.
● Certification in Quality Assurance or related credentials is a benefit.
