Working hours: from Monday through Friday 8:30am till 4:00 pm
Position Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. This role involves managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and performing administrative tasks to support the team and maintain smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations:
o Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
o Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
2. Communication Management:
o Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take accurate messages when required.
o Respond to emails and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
3. Visitor Coordination:
o Register visitors and provide necessary assistance, such as badges or directions.
o Inform staff of visitor arrivals promptly.
4. Administrative Support:
o Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
o Assist with clerical tasks, such as printing and handling mail or deliveries.
o Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
5. Customer Service:
o Address and resolve minor client or visitor concerns courteously.
o Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
· Moderate verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is a plus.
· Friendly and a professional attitude.
· Presentable
· Preferred female younger than 40.
· Living in Beirut is a must
