Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and hands-on restaurant manager to oversee and manage all aspects of
its restaurant operations in Senegal. This role requires high commitment and attention to
detail to ensure smooth service delivery and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service and customer satisfaction standards.
- Lead and supervise the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance
management.
- Monitor service quality and ensure all guests receive outstanding service.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the restaurant at all times.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Report on financial performance, including daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality
industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in French and English.
