Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Developer - Sales and Strategy Consultant. The role
entails day-to-day tasks such as new business development, communication, lead generation, and
sales. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our
client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Qatari market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure smooth project
execution.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote Atlinks.ai.
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in the Qatari market.
• Strong IT background, with knowledge of AI and software development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (advanced
degree preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the IT/AI industry or related technology sectors.
• Familiarity with the Qatari business landscape and market dynamics.
