The accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and financial performance metrics to provide management with actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and lead annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance efforts.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
