Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Franchise Support
• Internal Auditing & Compliance
• Change Management
• Data-Driven Improvements
Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in quality management, process improvement, or organizational development.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, TQM, or Six Sigma is a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in process mapping & improvement methodologies
• Strong strategic planning, auditing, & project management skills
