Description


We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Zekrit Maten.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and Leadership:
o Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, assigning tasks.
o Train and develop team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
o Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work.
2. Cleaning Operations:
o Oversee cleaning and sanitation of all production areas, equipment, and tools.
o Ensure cleaning processes comply with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
o Inspect and validate the cleanliness of areas before production begins.
3. Health and Safety Compliance:
o Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
o Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective measures.
o Maintain and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
4. Inventory and Equipment Management:
o Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
o Ensure proper storage and labelling of cleaning chemicals in line with regulations.
o Coordinate maintenance or replacement of cleaning equipment as needed.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and incidents.
o Prepare reports for management on cleaning activities and compliance status.
o Address any audit findings related to sanitation and hygiene.
6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure cleaning schedules align with operational needs.
o Act as the point of contact for hygiene-related concerns during audits or inspections.
Qualifications and Skills:
o Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a food manufacturing.
o Strong knowledge of food safety standards and cleaning protocols (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
o Excellent leadership and team management skills.
2. Desirable:
o Certification in food hygiene or safety is a plus.
o Experience with auditing processes in food production.
o Familiarity with automated cleaning systems.
3. Skills:
o Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
o Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
