Personal Admin Assistant Needed for an engineering company to work on remotely basis from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Must have experience in engineering company. Engineers can apply as well.
Job Duties:
Lead Management: Appointment setting, lead nurturing, cold calling
Social media posting, performance analysis, survey management, referral programs
Insurance documentation, quote preparation, permit management
Scheduling, work/material orders, progress updates, document handling
Accounts Payables: Invoicing, data entry, reconciliations, subcontractor pay
Accounts Receivables & Job Costing: Collections, job costing, invoicing, warranty closeouts
Administrative Support: Fleet management, vendor setup, email, CRM.
