Description


Technical support for VoIP and A2P SMS

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized and a team player individual who has experience in the IT or Telecom technical support field.

Responsibilities:

• Handling technical interconnections, routing and rates on the VoIP and SMS platforms
• Pro-active monitoring of voice and SMS traffic to detect and repport any quality issues
• Work on the ticketing CRM system to report any faults to providers and resolve any issues reported by customers
• Test voice and SMS destinations using the corresponding testing tools
• Coordinate with the sales team about routing and any losses on live traffic
• Analyze voice and SMS traffic patterns to increase profits while maintaining the required quality benchmarks

Qualifications:

• Any degree in IT or Telecom
• 2+ years of IT or Telecom technical support experience
•English proficiency is a must
