Job Duties:
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall technical support for coffee machines and equipment.
- Schedule and conduct regular maintenance visits to client locations, ensuring equipment is operating optimally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, service schedules, and customer interactions.
- Oversee the inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order and restock necessary parts, managing logistics and relationships.
- Ensure 24/7 availability for emergency technical support, creating a responsive and reliable service environment.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent relevant education or coursework in coffee-related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in technical service management, preferably in the coffee industry or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
