- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in retail or commercial environments.
- Proficiency in design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques relevant to retail spaces.
- Strong understanding of space planning, customer experience, and retail trends.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with clients.
- Ability to create BOQ
