Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Supervisor to oversee daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of all computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both hardware and software support, be able to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, and have working knowledge of Oracle-based ERP systems.
This position is best suited for someone hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing a small IT setup within a company of around 80 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the performance and maintenance of servers, network systems, and user computers.
Provide daily IT support for approximately 40 office staff members.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, routers, switches, etc.).
Manage user accounts, access control, and data backups.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, network connectivity, and security issues.
Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when necessary.
Support and maintain the company’s ERP system (Oracle-based) — user access, data integrity, and issue resolution.
Implement IT policies, data security measures, and software licensing compliance.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, network layouts, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, network management, and data security.
Experience managing ERP systems (Oracle-based preferred).
Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues independently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a small, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with database systems and basic SQL.
Knowledge of cloud backup solutions.
Experience with antivirus, firewall, and data protection systems.
