I. Duties and Responsibilities
• Execute the company's marketing communications activities with the goal of establishing and improving its competitive positioning in the market to support sales lead generation
• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Work with external vendors to execute marketing programs
• Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
• Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
• Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
2. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, SEO/SEM, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and KPIs
• Content creation including blogs, newsletters, website copy, and social media posts
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Support the development of marketing materials and collateral
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies
• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights
