Responsibilities for information technology services
• Maintain equipment/data/software availability and disaster recovery
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot communication equipment supporting both wired and wireless networks
• Assist with training on applications as necessary
• Utilize and train others on current testing and diagnostic equipment at locations with limited vendor support
• Willing and able to work independently within a structured team environment
• Implements corporate security practices/policies for all applications and networks used by company staff
• Manages corporate network infrastructure including corporate firewalls, routers and switches in support of Corporate Technology Group
• Ongoing reviews of access controls by investigating improper access
• Manages IT functions within the company, and may be responsible for leading large or complex projects impacting several divisions
• Oversee analysis of raw data for new or missing data elements or formats
Qualifications for information technology services
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, or related degree
• 5+ years of relevant IT work experience required within a Manufacturing or Distribution company
• Require the ability to work with little to moderate supervision
• Ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks, with follow through to completion
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
