Main Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to handle regulatory submissions and follow-ups with the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH). You will:
- Attend and represent Pharmamed at the Ministry of Health for dossier submissions, importation approvals, and invoice processing
- Prepare and manage all regulatory documentation for product registration, variations, and renewals
- Coordinate with suppliers and sub-distributors on dossier requirements
- Support in tracking regulatory processes and keeping internal records updated
- Assist in submitting documentation to NSSF when applicable
- Ensure compliance with MOPH guidelines and support the internal regulatory team as needed
Working hours from 08:00 am to 12:30 PM
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
✔ 0–1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
✔ Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
✔ Ability to work independently and coordinate with external bodies
✔ Willingness to regularly visit governmental bodies (e.g., MOPH)
