Garleb SAL Offshore, an IMPORT EXPORT international F&B trade and B2B services company based in Kfarhbab (Keserwan), is looking for a female “Female Export Purchasing Office”.
Below will be some of the required tasks:
• Processing purchase orders and issuing pro forma invoices.
• Provide quotations for customers/potential customers.
• Verifying orders, including customers' information and payment details.
• Checking data accuracy.
• Invoicing to customers.
• Checking the documents of each shipment upon loading (including invoices, packing lists, certificates …).
• Monitor and follow up customers’/suppliers’ payments.
• Maintain and update sales and customers’ records on a daily basis.
• Communicate with customers & suppliers via email/phone.
• Composing financial reports monthly as requested by the MD.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations when needed.
• In charge of the office petty cash and needs (paying electricity, building fees, etc.)
And other tasks as required.
Requirements:
Attention to details.
Microsoft office knowledge especially Excel and Outlook.
Fluency in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience.
