Responsibilities
* Introducing and selling the company's dermo cosmetic line to dermatologist and pharmacists.
* Setting up meetings with dermatologists and pharmacists to discuss and promote the company's products.
* Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
* Gaining an in-depth understanding of the company's dermo cosmetic brand and staying informed about new developments in the medical field.
* Researching competitors' products and their market performance.
* Providing feedback from customers to relevant departments within the company.
* Preparing and delivering presentations to potential pharmacies.
* Meeting or exceeding the company's sales targets.
Qualifications
* 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare, cosmetic and aesthetic industry.
* BS degree in Medicine, Biology, Science or equivalent
* Scientific Knowledge: A strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and the specifics of the products you represent.
* Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner to healthcare professionals and clients.
* Sales Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, and an understanding of sales techniques are crucial for promoting and selling medical products.
* Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and colleagues.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address concerns or objections from clients and find solutions to challenges.
* Time Management: Efficiently managing your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
