JOB PURPOSE
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily operational tasks following the brand's established standards. This includes requisitioning product orders, setting up necessary products and equipment for service, and executing opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure orderliness, tidiness, and smooth operations, and promptly notify the manager of any observed discrepancies related to procedures, quality, or standards.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents positively, ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality service.
- Place orders for necessary items by coordinating directly or indirectly with suppliers, following established guidelines and product-specific requirements.
- Complete weekly inventory of bar utensils, including recording wastage/breakage, and communicate findings to the manager. Monitor par and stock levels and maintain accurate log sheets (fridge and chiller temperature, vegetable sanitation, etc.).
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English. Specific Expertise
- Knowledge of different specialty drink items preparations is a plus.
EDUCATION
High school degree.
EXPERIENCE
Zero to two years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.
