For a well-established and expanding Retail Group in Lebanon
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or MIS from a reputable university in Lebanon.
Having around 10-15 years of IT experience with minimum 3 years as IT Manager or IT Operations Manager or Head of IT within well-established commercial ideally Retail or FMCG companies in Lebanon.
Technical knowledge of ERP systems ideally Microsoft Dynamix/Navision/Business Central.
Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of infrastructure systems. Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers. Perform regular system updates. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network hardware and software. Ensure optimal performance of LAN, WAN, and VPN connections. Implement and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Identify and address vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure. Lead IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and implementations.

Good oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, network and data administration. Fluent in Arabic and English, French will be a plus.
