Job Role:
*Promote and sell coffee products (beans, equipment, accessories, etc.) to customers in the retail or corporate sectors, meeting sales targets and quotas.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
*Develop new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients within the assigned territory or market segment.
*Conduct product demonstrations and tastings for clients to showcase the quality and unique features of coffee products.
*Manage and track customer accounts to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
*Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they understand how to use coffee equipment or prepare high-quality coffee drinks.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage, hospitality, or coffee industry.
-Strong knowledge of coffee products, including different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and coffee equipment.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
-Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
