We are seeking for a motivated Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's social media pages for all products and brands for both local content and Global content Scheduling
• Handle the Social Media Community management
• Create engaging content for social media channels
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns for new products and brands
• Coordinate promotional activities, such as events and product launches
• PR, Bloggers, Celebrities campaigns
• Arrange for local shoots to create local content for different brands
• Work with external agencies and suppliers to create and deliver marketing materials such as banners, brochures, and other promotional items
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates
• Assist in maintaining the company website and ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurate
• Market visits to assist in-salon activities across different brands all over Lebanon
• Arranging for different brands open days (before, during and after)
• Other duties as assigned by the marketing manager
Requirements and Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• BA in Marketing or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques and methods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
