Job Summary:
The Restaurant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant branch to ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall efficiency. This role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage staff and financial performance to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all restaurant operations including dining, kitchen, and delivery services.
• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and ensure excellent customer service.
• Hire, train, and schedule employees according to business needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage cash flow, prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and monitor expenses.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role for over 5 years
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of business operations, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• University diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality.
