We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will support and guide our Client's existing customers after they start using Odoo. Your role is not just about customer support but about helping businesses fully benefit from Odoo. You will build strong relationships, understand clients' needs, suggest improvements, and find opportunities to expand their use of Odoo.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with Clients
o Regularly check in with clients to understand their business needs.
o Offer solutions to help them use Odoo more efficiently.
o Provide strategic advice to maximize their Odoo investment.
• Identify Opportunities
o Recommend additional Odoo features that can improve the client’s operations.
o Help clients see the value in upgrading or expanding their Odoo system.
• Gather Insights & Improve Odoo
o Collect feedback from clients to help improve Odoo solutions.
o Share client needs with the product team.
• Build Strong Client Relationships
o Be a trusted advisor, ensuring clients get the best out of Odoo.
o Solve problems and provide expert guidance when needed.
• Stay Updated on Odoo o Keep learning about new Odoo features and updates. o Analyze client data to suggest improvements.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience in customer success, account management, or after-sales support.
• Background in ERP systems, Odoo experience is a big plus.
• Strong sales skills (upselling and cross-selling).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of B2B business needs.
