Requirements
French language is a must
Engineering degree
Minimum of 7
years’ experience in snacks /chips production management
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions effectively
Requirements
Be involved with all aspects of the manufacturing, plant operations and processes.
Manage and execute in accordance with company policies, programs, and standards concerning safety, quality, productivity, costs standards, plant processes, continuous improvement opportunities, and ensure production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules.
Responsible for productivity and efficiency of production.
Lead team members to ensure production goals are met.
Provide training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively.
Manage all plant inventory, raw materials and finished goods.
Manage and assist in the plant capital projects.
Actively promote adherence to the plant quality system, sanitation, and HACCP standards to achieve a finished product within quality control specifications.
Assist with the supervision of sanitation operations as necessary to promote and maintain a clean and food safe environment.
