Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. He/she will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, in quality assurance within a scientific or technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve documentation related to product quality, including batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to junior QA staff and other departments on quality-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
