Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is primarily focused on generating new business by identifying and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT solutions and have a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand Softdigits market presence.
• Qualify prospects, present solutions, and close sales in alignment with customer needs and company goals.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to ensure successful business acquisition.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth for the company.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Softdigits remains competitive.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and manage all sales activities within the CRM.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and closing sales.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, including networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and software.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in selling complex IT solutions and services.
• Familiarity with the Lebanese market and regional business landscape.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
