This role is responsible for ensuring the effective use and continuity of our ERP and HRMS software solutions by delivering prompt, knowledgeable, and structured technical assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.


Position Overview

This is a post-sales support role, pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and product excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing technical support, guidance, and product-related insights to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving software-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support ERP/HRMS users through onboarding, configuration, and general usage.
• Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting, as well as client training sessions.
• Document and escalate software bugs or enhancement requests to product/development teams.
• Contribute to system improvements by identifying problems and recommending changes.
• Maintain and update user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective ticket resolution.
• Participate in testing new software features, updates, and version rollouts.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software support, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proficient in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, HRMS, POS, or other enterprise-level software is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2008 or higher) is preferred.
