We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Secretarial Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced executive environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports with high attention to detail.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and professionalism.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Monitor tasks and deadlines to ensure the CEO’s priorities are met effectively.
Assist in personal tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar executive support role.
Flexibility to meet CEO working hours needs.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure.
