Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer with a strong track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the decision-making process with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role
• Proven experience with various sourcing methods and recruiting tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with the Lebanese employment laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques
