Our mission is to deliver independent, high-quality audit services that uphold transparency, integrity, and trust. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auditor to join our growing team.

Position Summary
As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with Lebanese GAAP, IFRS, and applicable tax and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with audit managers, team members, and client representatives to deliver audit assignments in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
1. Audit Execution
• Perform financial audits of client companies across industries, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
• Assist in preparing audit programs and risk assessments.
• Review accounting records and supporting documentation to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Review and ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Lebanese accounting standards, IFRS, and applicable laws.
• Identify accounting or auditing issues and provide clear recommendations or escalate when necessary.
3. Internal Controls & Risk Assessment
• Evaluate clients’ internal control systems and business processes.
• Document control deficiencies and suggest practical improvements.

4. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
• Prepare and file Tax Declaration Forms including:
o Income Tax
o Withholding Tax
o VAT declarations
o Salaries & Wages Tax
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and apply them accordingly to clients’ cases.
• Liaise with the Lebanese tax authorities on client matters when required.
5. NSSF Reporting
• Prepare and submit NSSF declarations, including:
o Monthly NSSF forms
o End-of-service indemnities
o Employee registration and updates
• Ensure client compliance with all Social Security obligations and deadlines.
6. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare audit working papers in accordance with professional standards.
• Draft audit reports, management letters, and client communications under supervision.
7. Client Communication & Support
• Liaise with client personnel to request information, clarify questions, and maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably enrolled in or holding a professional certification such as CPA, CA, or LACPA
• 5 years of accounting experience performing accounts closing and preparing financial statements, or 3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm or internal audit department.
• Strong understanding of Lebanese tax regulations and accounting standards; familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/audit software (e.g., Silicon, Wizard, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
