Chef de Partie needed for Auberge Wehbe located in Jezzine - South Lebanon.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present dishes within your assigned section according to standards.
* Ensure high-quality food, taste, and presentation at all times.
* Supervise and support commis and junior kitchen staff.
* Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations strictly.
* Assist in inventory control and manage food storage properly.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Contribute to menu planning and dish innovation when needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
