Duties Briefing:
• Manage, update and follow-up on internal files including price lists, inventory logs and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth client service & prepare sales documents.
• Prepare technical report based on Maintenance checkups.
• Assist with general administrative office tasks.
• Conduct preliminary product research for the Procurement Department.
• Update and organize technical product specifications and manuals.
• Provide support to the Procurement team as required.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or research-related roles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Effective communication in Arabic and English
• Age between 23 and 35 years

Work time:
- Mon till Fri: From 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.
- Sat: From 8 a.m. till 2 p.m.
