Our client, a leading global brand in the wellness and natural skincare industry, is looking for a Senior Creative Operations Manager to establish and optimize their creative workflows. The role involves overseeing creative production, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Create & Implement Operations Framework: Develop scalable systems for asset management, production planning, and execution.
Lead Creative Production: Oversee the full creative process from digital content to print materials and experiential activations.
Manage External Partners: Onboard and negotiate with agencies, freelancers, and production houses, ensuring contracts protect user rights.
Optimize Budgets & Resources: Track costs, identify efficiencies, and ensure quality within budget constraints.
Streamline Processes & Manage Risk: Manage timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Collaborate Across Global Markets: Align creative strategies with a global presence across MENA, EU, USA, and APAC.
Requirements:
10-15 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or related fields.
Strong project management skills with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Knowledge of licensing, art buying, and production compliance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to building and optimizing creative operations.
