CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team:
Responsibilities:
• Organize, coordinate and follow up orders
• Update and input data into various systems and databases
• Provide general administrative support to team members and management
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
• Manage communication, route general incoming and outgoing sales emails, sales calls, and other forms of communication
• Handle with suppliers all kind of claims, rebates and marketing requests
• Maintain accurate records of supplier’s interactions and agreements
• Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• 0-4 years of experience, previous experience in operations, logistics or administrative roles is a major plus
• Time management, Attention to Detail, Problem-solving, Teamwork and Analytical Thinking
