Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations at our five-star hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure impeccable cleanliness, train and supervise staff, and maintain luxury standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff (room attendants, supervisors, laundry).
Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure 5-star standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor supplies (linens, amenities, chemicals) and control costs.
Guest Satisfaction: Address guest requests/complaints promptly and maintain VIP room preparations.
Compliance: Enforce safety, hygiene, and hotel policies (OSHA/WHO standards).
Reporting: Maintain logs (room status, maintenance issues) and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in housekeeping management (hotels/resorts preferred).
Skills: Leadership, time management, and fluency in Arabic + basic English.
Technical: Knowledge of housekeeping software (e.g., Opera PMS) is a plus.
Physical Ability: Capable of standing/walking for long periods.
